The Dangers Of Pride.

                                     Pride leads only to shame; it is wise to be humble.    proverbs 11:2
Why should we be humble? WE are saved by Jesus Christ, and that salvation came not because of our own good works but because of Gods gace!
 We cannot be filled until we are empty. We have to be poor in spirit of ourselves in order to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

No More Chains.

What is Freedom?
If you would of asked me five months ago I would of said "Freedom is living on your own making your own choices...doing what YOU want when YOU please nothing to hold you back no chains!"
Little did I know I had Chains around every inch of my skin. I was a slave and prisoner to myself . Living in my own gullit and shame....and I thought that was what freedom felt like. Us humans can not create freedom it is somehting God gives us HE died for ME for YOU for US so we can come to him as we are and give him all our gullit, shame, pain, suffering, and chains so we can be free. Free of all those feelings that bounds us to sin. I never thought i'd be one of those people who thinks they can do it all on my own, but I think theres a time in all of our lives where we try. We are just to selfish to not. There came a time in my life where I thought God has too many "rules" and I just want to live with nothing holding me back.  It was never God holding me back It was always me. Without God this world swallowed me whole. Ate me for dinner. All that was left of me was God holding my heart glowing inside me from that prayer I made with my daddy holding my hand when I was five. That very day God promised to stay inside me to stay by me. Well he was always there it was me promising to fallow. When I betrayed him spit in his face turning my back on him, our creater! and I coming on my knees dirty and scared not knowing what to say . He said " Come beyloved I'll always be here"
God puts no "rules" or "chains" on us he gives us never ending love and forgiveness. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH HIM. I have the world at my finger tips. All I have to do is reach out and grab it. I have been forgiven and from that i am forever FREE.
